Evergreen Pets Campaign

With the aim of broadening its reach beyond the realm of grocery delivery, Instacart embarked on a strategic initiative to amplify its brand presence through an engaging evergreen campaign centered around pet products. This initiative sought to highlight the availability of pet essentials at national retail partners, showcasing Instacart's commitment to meeting diverse consumer needs and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

In the dual role of Art Director and Lead Designer, I took the reins on all things creative for this project. I developed all paid channel creative, app store and in-app concepts and imagery as well as print and email campaign assets. Additionally, I handled storyboard creation and directed external agency partners in producing fresh video assets across various channels.

  • Nationwide mailer with unique messaging and promo

With the ultimate goal being brand awareness, we saw a 5% lift in engagement rate on paid channels during the lifespan of this campaign, showing some elevated interest in pet-specific retailers and products.

The direct mail promotion also saw a 30% elevated usage rate as compared to our control.
